Brunswick Design District (BDD) Forum: A Place to Create Past Event
The Brunswick Design District (BDD) connects people, places and partnerships to support Melbourne’s creative community.
The forum and open studios aim to introduce and connect Melbourne’s creative community to the BDD, bringing stakeholders together to engage, learn about the partnership and share thoughts on its development.
The Design Dialogue Forum will bring voices from diverse creative disciplines together to discuss insights and perspectives around: Designed in Brunswick: What does it take to build a Design Community?
A shared initiative of RMIT University, Moreland City Council and Creative Victoria, the BDD facilitates opportunities which support business, innovation, ideas and collaboration; as well as pathways to education and employment – all aimed at strengthening the creative ecosystem and economy, and Melbourne’s position as a key design destination.
Brunswick Design District (BDD) is a partnership of RMIT University, Moreland City Council & Creative Victoria
** Following on from the MDW Design Dialogue Forum, the BDD will hold a special MDW Open Studios Day allowing creative practices, spaces and businesses within the District to open their doors to audiences, and opportunities to collaborate.
This event will take place on 1st May 2021 (10am to 2pm)
