It’s not often revealed to citizens how the public services delivered to them are designed. This presentation gets under the hood to show how design-led approaches are being used in government to develop and deliver citizen-centred solutions to Victorians. We’ll talk about some guiding principals, showcase studies and some of the lessons learnt from developing new programs, services and digital products.
