This event provides a rare opportunity for diners to be taken ‘behind the curtains’ into the world of chefs, tableware designers and the hospitality community to gain an appreciation of how the modern Australian dining experience is collaboratively crafted.

Participants will gain a unique understanding of the intimate relationship that exists between the food, the chefs, the tableware and the diners, all of which need to dovetail seamlessly together.

During the four-course meal you will be entertained with presentations from key members of the community who have contribute to or benefit from The Good Plate.

As part of this exclusive Melbourne Design Week program, diners will be gifted the bowls and plates they have used during the evening as a record of the event.
