Nicole Pollak

Nicole is the co-founder and Managing Director of Siren Design Melbourne and a Board member of Siren Design Group, an award-winning practice grounded in the Siren purpose: to enable people to thrive. Nicole has a passion for creating spaces that shape how the users of a space feel and function against a backdrop of rapidly developing technology and she plays a pivotal role in leading Siren on a mission to use creativity to inspire businesses to care for the planet.

Cliff Ho

Cliff Ho co-founded The Commons in 2015. With a keen focus on human-centred design and spaces conducive to productivity and creativity, Cliff sought to reshape and redefine the workplace. Attracting the attention of high-profile businesses and entrepreneurs, The Commons has quickly become one of Australia’s most successful shared workspaces.

Jo Allen

Jo is the Chief People Officer at carsales.com Ltd. She is responsible for all aspects of people and culture across the Carsales network and has a passion for diversity and building high performance cultures.

Alice Stolz

Alice Stolz is Domain’s National Managing Editor, as well as the host of the podcast Property Unpacked and a regular Domain judge on The Block. She currently leads Domain’s digital and print publishing teams. Alice began her career as a journalist at The Age newspaper and then moved to consumer magazines in Sydney. She then lived and worked in Paris for 12 years before returning to Melbourne to start her role at Domain. With over 20 years working in the media industry, Alice is passionate about helping Australians make sense of the property market.
